Café Kitchen
Course Description
This course is designed to give students a wide range of knowledge and skills related to the safe preparation and service of food and beverages. Students will be prepared for the industry or further Hospitality studies at a tertiary institution. This is a theory and practical based programme.
Recommended Prior Learning
Successful completion of NCEA Level 2 Hospitality or Unit Standard 167 is recommended for this course or at the the discretion of the Curriculum Leader.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Approximately $150 for consumables or take home items.
