Your Business in the Global Market
Course Description
Students will develop an understanding of business theory and practices in a large organisation operating in the global marketplace. In addition to a theoretical approach to learning there will be a wide range of “hand-on” activities which include participating in the Young Enterprise Scheme and the review of case studies. Current news related to companies, the economy, globalisation and other issues will be discussed on a frequent basis.
Recommended Prior Learning
Successful completion of NCEA Level 2 Business Studies is recommended for this course or at the discretion of the Curriculum Leader.
