12 Media Production
Course Description
Students will gain foundational knowledge of Media theory and narrative storytelling techniques before embarking on a Media production project. They will be able to choose from a range of possible media forms such as: music video, documentary, or narrative short film. Students can pursue this project on their own in a group of up to three students.

Career pathways for media production include roles such as:
Film and television producer, director, video editor, cinematographer, screenwriter, sound designer, broadcast engineer, multimedia specialist, and production manager.
Opportunities also exist in areas like:
Digital content creation, podcasting, social media management, virtual reality production, advertising, and media consulting.
