Course Description

Would you like to demonstrate sporting movements and examine factors that influence your ability to perform to your best? You will participate in two sporting competitions, where you will be assessed on your ability to produce quality skill and movement. You will learn strategies to improve your sporting movement skills, engage collaboratively in movement and understand strategies, in the context of kotahitanga.
