10 Food Technology

The Year 10 Food Technology course is for students interested in developing their cookery skills and knowledge about food. The focus of the course will be learning and using a range of basic food preparation and cookery skills as well as kitchen safety and hygiene. Students will use the design process to research, plan and make healthy kai for the Year 10 camp.
